We have been coming here for 10 years. We have always experienced exceptional service. Today's visit was no different! My prescription sunglasses were in need of some love. I went and knocked on the door and was greeted right away. Because of Covid, I couldn't come in but Trish K took my glasses, fixed them/cleaned them, and brought them out to me within 10 min. Thank you so much for the great service.

I went for a follow up appointment last week, having received new prescription glasses two weeks earlier. I was greeted by an assistant, politely & promptly at the front entrance for my scheduled appointment, answered any and all my questions. Would not hesitate to recommend FYIdoctors& Visique, to any of my Family or Friends, Thank you Doctor Dang & all assistants.
We have been going to FYIdoctors Strathmore for many years (5 of us needing glasses). While the customer service experience had been mixed (from excellent to not too good), depending on the person we dealt with, our experience this summer has been terrible. Most of it appears to be bad communication within the office, the least of which was that after several reminders from me, the wrong phone number was continually used for notifying us when the glasses were ready. Glasses were slow to be ready, mistakes were made with prescription and choice of lenses, at times some of the ladies seemed to be inconsiderate and were not helpful when choosing the right lenses (while others were nice and helpful). Two of my daughters ended up with glasses that did not work for them and even though there was some effort made to fix the situation for both, the bottom line is that we are not happy with our experience this summer. Both time and money was wasted. We will look for a different place!
We have seen both a male and female dr and they are fantastic. Very thorough and great with kids.
Dr. Hesla and all the staff have always been the best. I have been with them for some years. Moved out of area and was disappointed and drive the distance just to go there. Thank You all and have a great year. Ursula Seibel!!
We have spent a significant amount of money at FYI over the last three years. The service is very slow with my last pair of glasses taking three weeks to arrive and when they did, no one there bothered to call us. Monday, I brought in my prescription from 2016 which I'm very happy with, to have two sets of tinted glasses made. The person at the desk flat out refused to take my order unless I scheduled a 130 eye exam. When I explained that the existing prescription was working well for me she proceeded to inform me that they would not fill the existing prescription for "legal" reasons. I then informed her that I would sign a waiver releasing FYI from any responsibility should I have any sudden "catastrophe" related to the old prescription. The answer was...no. I resent heavy handed policies so, I went elsewhere and spent 800 at a business that treats it's customers like adults. Won't be back to FYI anytime soon.
My girls love Dr. Duke! She is so sweet and positive every time we are in. Being able to come in some evenings and Saturdays, makes it convenient for the whole family. It’s a pretty busy place, but we always get good customer service. They are always happy just to make an adjustment at no cost. They even helped me choose my glasses when I had no one there to to give me an opinion. They will give the options and prices to help you decide what you want and need, within your budget, without being pushy. I would recommend FYI in Strathmore anyone. Penny.B
