I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. No waiting time, everyone is so helpful. Dr is very patient and explained everything in detail. Everyone is following safety protocols! Bregette was AMAZING with customer service and so sweet. She helped me pick the perfect frames and went above and beyond.

The service at THIS Sterling Optical is fantastic! I worked with Bridgette to create the perfect pair of glasses. The eye exam is fast and the doctor is very knowledgeable about my eye challenges and the best route to proceed with. This was my second pair of glasses purchased with this S.O. location. Turn around time was under a week; for the eye exam, and frame/lenses to be crafted. Honestly money well spent and will certainly return for my next pair. Thank you everyone!

Brigette was very competent, She helped me understand all my options and get the best value for my money. I was in and out in a very timely fashion and felt like i was being catered to the whole time.
Was told me they take insurance .. and we din t have to pay anything... Well ... they endup to tell me that glasses would cost me 500 and insurance won t pay for it.. Could say that before the visit..
Rob is the best he adjusts the glasses and he fixed mine and took care of my defected lenses. He completely went above and beyond to help me. I'm very grateful to Sterling optical for having Rob as their employee
Terrible experience with sterling optical (Steve)!! My self & my family have made several purchases with this location never a problem until my most recent purchase. The employee Steve doesn’t know how to speak to customers & is totally rude. I just hope that sterling optical corporate doesn’t have this particular person in charge of there store!!
