Me and my family have recently moved into the area and joined this surgery wish now I never did 1st I went to fill in the forms to join the surgery they made me stand outside to do it in the rain then I needed a emergency app which I did manage to get so I went and saw the doctor who asked me to go to hospital right then and there and was going to phone the surgeon straight away I panicked when she said this as I have a bit of a phobia about surgeon's and I've also got 2 children which couldn't just be left so I said no I cant go, she wasnt impressed and kept nagging at me to go so I had to keep repeating myself in the end she let me carry on with my antibiotics put no dressing on my wound and just left it open so the next day I had to contact the doctors again as I had a big open wound saw what i thought was a nurse and she dressed it. Next I had a phone call from the nurse saying I never saw the nurse as that was her and that she couldn't help me and judged me because I never went to the hospital she was abrupt and rude... at this moment in time I am looking for another doctors

Genuinely never had a better GP surgery. Zero complaints, they always do their best to accommodate, this includes ALL staff- the nurses, doctors, reception and admin staff. They listen, treat patients with respect, and always leave me feeling well looked after. Thankyou so much for all your hard work guys.

I can never seem to get a hold surgery and my experience with the GP's have been cold and callus. They are however helpful in emergancy's.

I cannot fault this surgery (with the exception of a single dr who is genuinely a nightmare). The reception and admin staff are excellent and have sorted so many urgent issues for me, in some cases really going out of their way really close to closing time. Dr Pannell here is the best and most compassionate doctor I've ever met! Cannot recommend this surgery more highly.

Very poor for punctuality, this surgery tends to open later than its time if 1pm. Today it was 1.10pm with no apology. Quite often you also have to wait for a while before a receptionist arrives.
