I cannot believe that one of the doctors here had decided that they would make false accusations against me. Saying I was refusing to register my new born baby. Not true at all and how I am refusing to meet my health officer when it is my right not to see a health officer if that is wish as this will be my third child and feel as if I dont need too. I hope the this surgeries doctors are more mindful in the future before making slanderous accusations. Very disappointing

Awful surgery... My Dad had a heart attack at home symptoms were similar to a really bad cold(shakes, hot and cold, feeling sick)so phoned doctors they told me they were too busy to do a home visit and to call back tomorrow! I managed to eventually speak to a doctor and she said she didnt know what to suggest. After I then phoned 999 I was told by paramedics that they were classic signs of a heart attack and she should of know that. Thanks to the paramedics rushing my Dad to Broadgreen hospital and them fitting a stent he is still with us now, they said if we had left it until the next day he wouldnt have been here! Needless to say we have now moved surgeries.
I went in to ask about registering. Got met with raised eyebrows, sighs, dirty looks and a nasty attitude from both receptionists.
Helpful, caring and professional staff. The only downside to this surgery is the constant rotation of doctors apart from that good experience from my time with the surgery.
Don't put your opening times as 24 hours, if you're not open 24 hours.
