I would highly recommend going somewhere else. There are many surgery centers which are organized and professional. This is not one of them

i have been to this Surgery Center a few times and the people are wonderful, the staff is so caring and kind, give a great shout out for Pre-op Sarah, Marella, the OR Team Manela, Vidi and Jen and PACU Betty and Rosa, These ladies work very hard at making your stay very comfortable. Thank you all!!!!

The staff was pleasant and facility is clean. My issue is, the people driving patients are forced to wait outside in summer heat above 100. While I understand covid is an issue and we are not allowed in to wait. We should not be forced to stay on premises until procedure is over. It is extremely hot and uncomfortable. It would make sense to call when patient is ready so we can be there or give an estimated time to be present for pick up.

Procedure, staff all great. When it comes to paying my portion, the website offered doesn’t exist, the people at the phone number on the bill won’t take payment, and refers to another phone number, who won’t return my calls. What to do? I’m sure they won’t hesitate sending me to collections but how to accomplish payment?

I had 3 procedures here in the time span of 2 to 3 weeks. Each time I was told my procedures were prior authorized and I owed nothing. My spouse was with me and can verify. A couple of months later I was sent a bill for 1500.00. I was told this facility was \out-of-network\. I spoke with the specialist who scheduled the procedure and was told this facility should have informed them or me prior to the date of service. They had nothing in their file. This place is a racket. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Then they sent me to collections even while phone calls were not returned.
