Given the current situation you have to call up to get a GP to phone you. The receptionist asks what you are ringing for, well I am sorry I don't want to be telling a receptionist EVERYTHING. So yesterday I just mentioned it was my BP (there were a couple of other things too). A very very abrupt Dr rang me and was really stroppy when I mentioned I wanted to see a Dr rather than a nurse (recently bereaved during lock down lost our Mum and not coping) Dr was VERY stroppy saying that wasn't what I rang for. Give you a clue here - Mental Health is a MASSIVE problem so compassion for someone bereaved would have been nice

I have been a patient at this practice for 13yrs. It is such a lovely caring practice, they are not perfect but they CARE. I have personal experience of Dr Tobin, Dr Al, Dr Goulden, Dr Shoults, Dr Ray, Dr Unwin, Dr Danby, Dr Zabirou , the Asthma nurses, admin staff and great reception staff . It's a great practice and I'm thankful it's my Gp practice !
My dad tried to get a telephone consultation but was told he’d have to wait two days, I rang the surgery to explain the situation and I spoke with a receptionist called sue (I think) an can’t thank her enough for pushing things through quicker for my dad. She was kind an compassionate and very helpful! 5 stars for her and dr fu!
Terrible attitude from staff when trying to arrange any pre bookable appointments.
I have always received the best possible care from all at this surgery and seldom failed to secure an appointment in a reasonable timescale.Dr Al Dahiri diagnosed and resolved a troubling and debilitating issue with my leg recently which has made such a difference !!!
I been with practise for some years now and all staff are wonderful , can't thank enough for care , support I been given but mainly wonderfully amazing Doctor Ahmed Al-dahiri who been my main GP, he saved my life many times . He been and still is most supportive , caring proffesional and I feel I can see him with any medical problem . Thank you , you all doing amazing Job .
Reception staff are brilliant, helpful, friendly and professional. GPs, on the other hand, leave a lot to be desired. It's a lottery what sort of service you get (as is my experience with GPs all over the country. Avoid.
