I lived here for two years and enjoyed every aspect of it. The place was clean and the staff extremely friendly. It is definitely worth the price point it is at. Maintenance was swift and diligent in their work. I had to move for job reasons, but if I ever came back to Atlanta, I would choose to live here.

The best experience I've had renting in the metro Atlanta area. The community is clean and well-maintained - the landscaping is beautiful and the common areas are always in great condition. The location is wonderful - walking distance to Perimeter Mall & numerous restaurants, as well as both the North Springs and Sandy Springs MARTA stations. Staff are extremely helpful and maintenance is AMAZING. Great price for the amenities. Would recommend to a friend!

I lived at Dunwoody Courtyards for almost two years and loved it! I had to move for work so it was sad to go but if I didn't have to leave I would definitely still live there! Their maintenance team was very responsive to any issues and were prompt to repairing things. The main office staff was always very helpful and friendly. The facilities, like the laundry area and gym, were always kept clean and tidy. The neighbors were never loud either! That was a HUGE plus for me. I absolutely loved my time there. I definitely recommend this place for anyone moving to the greater Atlanta area!

Vehicles were damaged twice while in the secure parking garage. At least management is sorry ,so that apology fixes my windows. Apparently it happens often and everywhere, to a degree where cameras wouldn't prevent anything...i mean the officers on my cases thought it would help but they probably don't know what would prevent crimes. You can pay for the repairs, that is how you can be of further assistance. All this happens in your secured garages, so apparently there is a resident vandalizing vehicles. The amount of broken vehicle glass throughout the garage is alarming and i have serious concerns about the safety of my property.
