A combination of customer service and patient care centered at its finest craft (rare gem to find). Come here and you will not be disappointed. Best eye glasses store in SF! Anita is amazing her customer service is unparalleled and she is so fun to work with! I also leave each time with a full confidence in her recommendations and her knowledge of the products and comprehensive knowledge of eye care. Their frame selection is vast and astounding and has something for everyone. I have been coming here for 6 years now and I can't imagine going anywhere eles! Great place, if you are looking for prescription glasses, daily use, sports sun glasses or contact lenses this is the place to go. Anita and her staff are well trained, courteous and very professional. Anita treats all her customer as family and will provide you with all the information that you need. Highly recommended.
The staff here are Amazing!! They took the time in taking care of me and listened to all my concerns. They have a vast selection of eyeglasses, from France, Barcelona, Italy and so much more. I bought my Gucci prescription eyeglasses and I’m glad I invested in it, my eyes feel so much better while driving. Thank you Anita for helping me see better!!!!
Poor customer experience. Told I would receive a call back, but never did. Did a comprehensive eye exam and bought frames. Went in to pick them up, a pain to coordinate and you have to follow up with them, and asked them to quickly look at a popped blood vessel in my eye. I asked if there would be a charge to look at it to let me know beforehand, and they said the goal is to have no charge but there was one and without any forewarning like I asked for.
