This is my first apartment and I couldn’t have had a better experience. All the staff in the front office are incredibly helpful and was willing to answer all my questions- and I had a lot! The property manager Katie is absolutely wonderful and always gets back to me in a timely manner and has really gone out of her way to help me and make my experience here wonderful! Ashley was the second gal I had a lot of interaction with and she was very friendly and helpful as well! My apartment is very clean and newly renovated and I couldn’t be more happy with it! Getting my first apartment I was really worried about there being bugs but I have been here for a while now and have not seen bugs at all so I was worried for nothing! My neighbors are also very friendly which is a plus. I have had no problems with noise from neighbors either. There is a big green area that is perfect for walking my puppy! The grounds are very nicely maintained. The pool is also wonderful and always looks great! I live by the dog park and it is nice to see people enjoying themselves with their dogs! I am also appreciative of how much parking there is. Even when coming home late, I am able to find a parking spot that is not too far from my apartment. Coming and going is great as well, I have had no problems with the gates which I feel is rare coming from a previous gated neighborhood where the gates were always broken. Overall,I very happy with this apartment complex and couldn’t recommend it more.

All of the staff at Stone Canyon are really kind and easy to work with. We have only had a few minor maintenance issues that were resolved. We love the dog park and all of the grass areas and pathways for walking around. We also love the free covered parking! I can't say anything bad about Stone Canyon. One thing to keep in mind is that it's not smoke-free. I've been in apartments here that smell like they have been treated for smoke, but we lucked out in a unit without any smoke scent. Oh, also, if you're considering an upgraded apartment vs a non-upgraded unit, choose the upgrades! They are worth it.

bugs, gates don't work, poor service, nasty pool. DONT LIVE HERE. The only reason they get anyone to rent is because their current residents get points for leaving good reviews on their websites, which in turn gives them money back on their rent.

Our apartment had roaches from the day we moved in. Gross. We got those under control but our cabinets in the kitchen often smell like an ashtray. Neither my husband nor I smoke. Sometimes the smell overpowers the kitchen even with the doors and windows shut and the AC off. My neighbor are super inconsiderate and blast music with heavy bass well into the wee hours of the morning. We also have a neighbor who holds drum circles at all hours. I haven’t gotten a full nights sleep in months. Seriously anything but a quiet place to live. The dog park is always filthy. My dog got sick both times we tried socializing her there and she most recently got to spend the night at the emergency vet. Our lease cannot end soon enough. The pros? There is a ton of parking. The emergency vet is located just on the other side of Southern.
