The office is responsive and so is the maintenance they come the day I call and fix the problem. The maintenance guys are friendly and nice. Shout out to Lisa in the office she is always nice and helpful. She has been so accomodating and really knows the how to resolve every issue I've had. The construction outside is nice. The management has been making so many changes around the grounds it is looking good. I have some complaints but not worth mentioning here. They are more to do with the city of Elmhurst than the apartments. They have put in a dog park. I don't have a dog but now I want one. It looks like fun over there. dogs running and enjoying their freedom and dog owners making friends.

A new company bought this place last winter. They promised us changes and now they're happening. My favorite is the new dog park. I take my dogs there every day and they love running without a leash and playing with the other dogs. Thank you for the changes that are considering our fur babies too! The ladies in the office Lisa, April, and Merit, are so sweet and fun to visit. They are accepting my packages so I get to visit often. They are always upbeat and seem to have a great relationship amongst them. The maintenance guys Allen, Joe, and Alias are always very kind, get the job done and are quick to respond to my requests. There is a new girl cleaning the entries and grounds. She is doing a good job too. Great Elmhurst neighborhood good prices dog park friendly staff attentive maintenance Big gas grills and big smoker for everyone to use You can't get better than this.
I moved in to Elmhurst Terrace about a month ago and I couldn't be happier. The ladies in the office were so nice and welcoming and quick to respond to any questions that I had. They truly care about their residents. My new unit is beautiful and renovated. I've made a few maintenance requests and they have been addressed that same day! Keep up the good work and I can't wait to see the outside renovations!
New management is super friendly and very quick with responding to tenants' needs. They definitely showcase value to their tenants and working to renovate and restore these apartments. Been living here for a month and am super happy with the space so far!
I have been here for just over (2) years and am very happy overall. I started in a Studio which had been newly renovated and was quite happy. I moved into a 2 bedroom so my daughter can spend time with me and again moved into a renovated unit. Very clean and well kept. been satisfied with the maintenance request responses.
