This is an amazing place to stay if you're looking for a apartment. The people are nice and you can sleep amazing because it's so quiet.
It's a quiet and old community. Great for graduate students to live 2-3 years and focus on doing research. Very convenient to take light rail and Orbit (Mercury). Office will try their best to help solve issues. Close to Asian market and freeway, which were big plus to me.
You pay rent but the laundromat and pool is closed. Bathroom leaks with black mold but no one cares. Filing a lawsuit
This apartment complex, is one of the best I have lived in since being in Arizona. The landscape is looking rather dashing as they have kept up with the upkeep. Maintenance is wonderful, they have fixed anything I've had wrong within the day or in some of my severe cases the next day. Management is one of the selling points for me. The manager is wonderful, kind, sincere and also very helpful with all of my questions and concerns. She makes me feel home. Wonderful place, great location, and awesome people.
