I currently live here. Management has always been very responsive to any issues, very respectful team, always prompt on maintenance issues, I can't complain. They expect you to follow your lease and pay your rent on time as anyone else would. It's very quiet here and I have never had any issues with loud neighbors or loud music or any kind of disturbance. The grounds are always kept nice and clean.

I would never recommend Trinity Trace for anyone. I came to this office thinking that I would actually get a second chance at living somewhere. Instead I felt that they found every reason to not approve you so they can keep 200 of your money. I was first told that they were just waiting on rental verification by one person. Then the manager spoke with me and said the same thing, but 20 minutes into a conversation denied me for something on my background from 20 years ago. Then why waste my time talking about anything else??? On top of that, they never give calls back. You have to call them. In this pandemic...this kind of bad business is very disheartening. We have people like myself that really truly need the help and it’s just not fair to treat people this way and steal from them. If your thinking of applying here...DON’T!!!!!!
I live here Now and I recommend ABSOLUTELY NO ONE EVER APPLY FOR THESE APPOINTMENTS!! EVERYTHING HAS BEEN HORRIBLE SINCE I RELOCATED HERE LAST MONTH!! IM WILL VIGOROUSLY TRY TO GET OUT OF MY LEASE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!
Let me say this first I never had any problems with the management, property, or neighbors. I paid my Rent on Time and I stayed to myself. The rent is outrageously high for the age of the apartments and the amenities (no washer/dryer in all units & there’s nothing “special” here they’re just regular apartments). I didn’t have maintenance issues. I didn’t have bug problems. I appreciate them for working with me and getting me in but I had to move after 1 Lease because the rent is sky high. The best thing about this property was the open parking. It benefits everybody to not have to worry about you or your families/friends cars being towed.
Came and toured the community today and the lady in the office was so helpful, hailey was her name if I’m not mistaken. She showed us a 2 bed 2 bath and was so helpful on explaining the process of applications to us! We will be applying as soon as we can qualify
