I had an eye and hearing test here (September 2017), I was truly impressed by the a) the friendliness of the desk staff, b) the professionalism and knowledge of both the optician and audiologist, and c) the quality of the equipment used, add to this that the hearing test (standard test then more comprehensive test a fortnight later) was free, and I was given a voucher for the eye test (including retinal scan) for 10, which was also waived because i had spent 6 in Boots store next door, I could not have been happier! There was never any hint of 'hard sell' that I have experienced at other opticians in the past. Thank you to all concerned, this is a brand new store really trying hard, and I recommend them most highly.

Hi, Need to tell you about my visit to Boots Opticians yesterday (29/01/2019) I had to check my eye glasses as i had sat on them and knocked them out of line. As once again l can't thank and praise all the staff enough on the service that they always give. I always take the care insurance plan out as i know how accidental i can be. Vicky was there and helped me with her friendly and welcoming manner (same as all the staff) with my problem. I have been using Rushden Lakes boots opticians since they opened and i would give 5 star reviews every time l have visited the shop for any occasion. Ginge
