DO NOT GO HERE!!! Wanted to charge me close to 400 eventhough the frame I chose was only 170 and my insurance covers 130. Also, he never told me my insurance covers additional 30% off additional cost. He's such a piece of .... Be careful. He looked drunk and took of his masks because he said he couldn't breathe. I ended up going somewhere else and got nice Couch glasses and after everything was less than 200. Usually don't write reviews, but when people are not honest, I feel it's necessary so other people are aware.

I called right before they closed and got an appointment first thing in the morning on a Saturday. Super quick and friendly. Got my contacts the same day and paid a third of the price I was quoted from about 6 other locations in Roseville. Very satisfied. Thank you!!!!

I received nothing but unprofessional so called service from one of the owners Larry Rinker He was trying to push eyeglasses on me wanted to charge me so much extra for basic things far above the 300 dollars my insurance covers. I told him to look into my insurance coverage better and so would I and I found out that he was trying to deduct my eye exam from the money allowed me for glasses ,. and then charge me lots more for basic things. What a Rip Off Plus he had the nerve to submit a request for payment to my Insurance company and he had no permission from me , and I did not find out about it until I tried to buy glasses somewhere else Oh I was righteously furious at his aggression and dishonesty . I called him on it and he refuses to relinquish so I am forced to file legal charges against him. How he could even ask for payment without my verbal or written permission is beyond me .???? Also I got a bad eye infection the very day I had my eye exam done there and once when I called back to ask Larry some questions, and he sounded either drunk of on pills because his speech was slurred and he was incoherent. .. didn't make any sense Three strikes . They are Out I would not give Site for Sore eyes even one star. The owner is a liar fraud and not fit to do business with the public .
