I've asked for a referral for cataract surgery. I've called 3 times in the past 34 days to see what the problem is. I have yet to receive the referral. They keep saying the Dr. needs to review my request. 34 days? Give me a break....

I’ve been waiting since March for my glasses to come in. It’s September. During that time I’ve had two exams, made multiple phone calls to which I was supposed to get a return call and never did. There was one issue with my insurance that was not my fault at all. All they had to do was call to let me know there was a problem and I could’ve gotten it handled, but I had to figure everything out myself. I then was told I’d have to have another exam because it had been over two months, this was in June and I still haven’t heard anything. I just want the glasses and am tired of getting the run around.
Dr. Smith is a great and compassionate doctor. My family and myself have been his patients for over 10 years. We are always happy with his services. You will not regret being his patient.
He is great with my 2 year old! Very patient and kind with him!
Dr. Smith and his staff are very friendly and professional. Dr. Smith helped me understand my eye care needs and took care of them.
