Absolutely, completely, incredible customer service. My mother attended with broken glasses of a family member in nursing care. They were unable to repair the damaged frames. When they realized they were for a senior in care, they found frames in stock to fit the existing lenses so they would not have to be without. There aren't words to describe the care and compassion. Truly appreciated and would recommend to anyone!!

Was told to call 2 weeks after appointment to check if glasses are ready. Was greeted by rudeness. Come on people we are in this together! After spending almost 900 in this store I will not be shopping here again.
Both times I've been to this location I've received rude treatment from the staff. As am example, they blamed me for one of their face masks being defective, and generally acted unwelcoming

Best price I found for eye exam around town. Service is excellent and staff is friendly. Experts at what they do, when I need contact lenses I make sure to visit that location or the one on St-George Street in Moncton. Mireille the contact lens fitter is the best available
