I've lived at River Horse Ranch apartments for 2 years now and while the property itself is nice and well kept but there's a serious theft problem here. Residents are constantly missing their delivered packages & the delivery people (Amazon, FedEx, UPS) often times deliver packages to the wrong apartments & residents rarely turn them into the office or return them to the actual sender. The sad part is this complex (Phase 2) is nice and its unfortunate that management hasn't rectified this persistent issue. I wish this complex actually did something about this issue because this is how you lose good residents! I give this complex a 3-star because of the delivery issues but overall I've enjoyed my apartment.

We really loved the apartment. But management here has made it a nightmare. We are constantly harrassed about our patio (even when it has been decorated tastefully and looks beautiful) threatened with fines and notices. But we have been ignored about ongoing maintenance issues repeatedly (including peeling paint in my childrens bathtub, none working A/C, cabinet doors falling off all over the kitchen). Now to be threatened again about my balcony during this pandemic, while my children are stuck at home, while I cant even have things fixed, is the last straw. I hope someone in that office has a wake-up call soon.

We have lived here for about 17 months and all things considered, it's been nice. Anytime we've had maintenance issues they have been quick to respond and fix whatever was wrong. Alejandro is the maintenance manager and he and his team are really good. The only complaint is we've had some new move-ins to our building (6) and there has been an increase in noise and trash around our building and cigarette butts. But I guess it's to be expected when you've got different families and different cultures living in one area. Everybody has different values. I brought it up to management and they sent out notices asking residents to keep area clean and that smoking is only allowed on balconies. We do miss being able to go the office for fresh baked cookies. COVID has really changed a lot of things but I think management at RHR has done its best. I appreciate them.

We moved here because the rent was a good deal and the amenities looked GREAT. Since Covid started they closed the amenities.. which is understandable. However, they waited weeks after the State re-opened pools to open their's ONLY during business hours. I called to talk to the management company and they told me \We aren't required to provide any amenities and even if we didn't ever reopen them we still wouldn't be in breach of contract. If you don't like it then move.\ I asked why they showed all of the amenities before even showing the apartments and never give any kind of disclosure that tenants might never have access. He replied by hanging up on me. The moral of the story: Leasing agents at apartments will tell you anything you need to hear to close that deal. Once that contract is signed don't expect that great service you initially received to carry over. Once you're locked into that lease who cares what you were told that initially convinced you to sign.

Absolutely abysmal service. I have reach out on multiple occasions and the staff can never give a straight answer for multiple issues.
