I know it's hard to understand, But please before writing a Bad review, ask your self, I'm writing this in a personal level because I didn't get my way?????? .. Well I have to say Retreat is amazing place to be, compare to all the others around Sweetwater rd.. great pool omg great pool !!! and the Staff members are all so Kind and they care which for me, is and will always be the most important part of a community

Completely sucks!!!!! Ever since I moved in it was nothing but hell! They had to rip apart my bathroom shower because of mold or something and told me I could only take baths for TWO WEEKS!! Then they had to cut the water off to fix another apt which took 3 hrs just when people are getting off work!!! Then in the beginning of summer they completely closed the pool down so that no one could swim during the summer months. Then they tore down the children's playground for months at the same time!!! I was so freaking mad at this place!!! Never again, and I want others to know that this place sucks!!!
I want to thank the service and hospitality that I have experienced since the day I chose this place as my new home. Wlkidia with her charisma, Property Manager Gabriele who has given me a warm welcome. I had a problem with the smoke dector and maintenance Mr. Arjelys fixed it immediately. Thanks a lot for everything.
Horrible management while I lived there. It took them over a month to fix my A/C in the middle of summer. It was 90 degrees inside my apartment for a month. There was a roast infestation before I even moved in and pest control came once in an year. I spent over 200 dollars out of my own pocket to fix it myself. I was a day late in my rent and I tried to explain myself to my ew\ manager and she threatened to evict me. The employees treated me differently compared to other tenants while I was waiting for my turn to talk. There were some Hispanic employees that were just two-faced towards me. They also constantly posted letters on my door threatening for eviction for not putting out the trash at the ight\ time. Another letter saying smoking will lead to an eviction as well. I don't smoke. I checked every apartment door in the vincinity and no one else got letters one their door. The new manager is just plain rude and incompetent and needs to be fired. Incompetent people run this place. Thank God I left. If you're reading this...treat people with respect and don't discriminate.
Avoid at all cost renting from Dayrise altogether!! They are the most unprofessional group of individuals I’ve ever encountered!! And the problems you have in the beginning will only continue to get worse. Do yourself a favor and just keep looking. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! There are waaay to many other properties to consider!
