We’ve been here for 7 years I think. I love it here! I would buy my apartment if they would let me. Pestcontrol is good now. The new Manager Jasmine is so sweet and doing a great job. Jessica the leasing consultant is also wonderful. She even brings me my packages sometimes, which she doesn’t have to do. I don’t have any complaints about this property.

Overall it's a great place to live. The neighbors are friendly and the staff is nice. I wish that they would put more money into the property, and fix all of the broken lights on the property. It's very dark at night if you go to take the trash out or walk the dog. The location is amazing! I also wish they would fix the doors at the dog park. We have had a few break-ins with our car, but feel like the canal invites unwanted people. Maybe have security come through more frequently would help. Revised: Since my review, the property has fixed the dog park door. I noticed security coming through more often, and they are working on the lights in the carport areas. Thank you for listening and taking action. Glad that I renewed another year with you guys. I appreciate all of your hard work.

I have been a resident for almost 2 years now.. Needs work. Communication, consistency, and follow through/follow up would be my top 3 suggestions. More maintenance workers with higher work ethic (which would likely come from being treated better by management) and more management with better work ethic to be completely honest.
