The employees are extremely helpful and were inviting. They recommended a good variety of glasses and allowed to process to find a good pair smoothly. Because of Covid, they put good measures down to clean and sanitize glasses tried on every use.

Ms Sadia has been consistent in her Customer service etiquette and subject matter on glasses, Over the years I have felt that the service and advise she has provided has compelled me only visit lens crafters Richmond Center branch to get the right advise and quality service for the glasses and lenses.

I made a point of going first thing in the morning on a weekday as I knew It wouldn’t be very busy. The manager helped me with a frame adjustment. He was nothing else but ignorant and dismissive. He didn’t want to hear my concerns on how the glasses were still uncomfortable in certain areas. He made it clear he didn’t want to get up and go to the back to do another tweak or two on my frames as he said they were fine. He was more concerned on what was happening with his employees or potential customers that were no were in sight. Very poor experience as now I’m stuck with glasses that are once again uncomfortable. I was wrong in thinking I deserved more than 30 seconds of a managers time. And specifically a business chain I have been a customer of for 15 years.
