Came to Total Optometry for the first time today. The office is very clean and tidy, it's tucked away upstairs in a medical centre. Dr. To was very patient and explained everything in detail and was helpful with any questions. The checkup took nearly an hour, longer than I expected, but part of this is so that the eyes can be dilated. You can also get a photo of the back of your eye showing the optic nerves which is kind of cool.

Time for another biannual eye exam. Moved to Markham a few years ago and was looking for a new eye doctor. Location is very easy to find and there is ample free parking! Office well decorated, modern, charming & quite inviting. There is also an area for the little kids to play with. Since it has been a while I had an eye exam, I was very nervous about what was going to happen but Dr. Charlene To put me at ease. Very professional and pleasant. I never felt rushed and she answered all my questions and concerns. She also dilated my eyes and did so many things that I don't remember ever having in my past eye exams! I was actually pleasantly surprised. I also got a good view of my eyeballs up close and personal which I didn't expect at all! Definitely will recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Can speak fluent English and fluent Cantonese. Place is clean, service is good. Doctor is professional.
