Awesome staff! Dr. Fung was knowledgeable, patient with answering all my questions and so personable. The staff was fantastic also and so helpful! Would recommend this place to anyone. Expected to pay exorbitant price; but they were able to connect me to my insurance & ended up paying less. Great cost on my progressive lens also!

First place to go for my next new glasses. Jowett was the guy who helped me out with my frame, 100% satisfied with the service and I’m happy with the light weight and style of it. They are professional and friendly. After wearing them for 3 hours now and I can barely feel the weight. If you ever need to select a pad for your glasses, always ask them and definitely pick the silicon one, you won’t regret.
Very impressive, their service was fast, I phoned the store and get in the following day for an appointment and got my glasses ahead of time. Due to Covid, they’ve followed the protocol to have a safe customer service, very knowledgeable to answer all my questions I needed for the glasses I need, chose my own style of frames from all their current styles of frames available in store and even helped me used my benefits with an option to have two glasses with very reasonable price which is given me interest to come back and gave me better vision. Bailey Nelson in Richmond Mall. I had great experience with them from start to finish. I had my eyes exam with Dr.Sandhu. He’s very knowledgeable. The staff was very helpful with picking out the type of frames. They told me my lens will be ready in 7 to 10 working days. They showed up early. I’m happy with my glass they are my first set ever. Wow! This place is great :) been meaning to get new glasses but I've always been so upset at overpriced places with a lack of choices and I'm so glad I found this place. Chloe helped me out so much, thank you, Chloe- that girl needs a raise or something. She was so kind and patient and knowledgeable about everything I needed to hear. I take forever to choose but in the end I was able to narrow it down. Really happy with my choice. The price was fairly reasonable and it only took several days before my new specs came. I will definitely get an eye doctor's appointment here next time and keep getting glasses from them :D

Fantastic experience and service across the board. Optometrist Dr. Aneil was great. State of the art equipment, very knowledgeable, professional and very nice. on the Retail side, all the staff working in the front of the store were amazing too.
