We have been going to this LensCrafter location for many years now, and have always had such great service and great help. Susan really takes the time to help us choose the prefect glasses. We highly recommend this store for your eyeglasses, great staff and team work!

Great selection in frames (I get so many complements on mine) with knowledgeable, candid staff!
Called in to try and get my glasses replaced/repaired. Asked the associate who answered the phone (Julie) if either thing can be done and her response was can I get your name and number so I can have someone call you back when we have more time. I don’t expect to be prioritized and placed first in line to get my glasses but I do expect for you to provide me a service by answering simple questions and not telling me you don’t have time for me. Will definitely not be purchasing from here again, hope you have time for your future customers.
Susan (sales person #105399) was very professional, attentive, and informative. Her knowledge alone convinced me to purchase a product from that store. I will definitely comeback again!!
The staff went above and beyond to help me find the correct frames. The eye doctor and team also went above and beyond. They listened to all my concerns and were very informative! Today was my first time visiting and I will for sure return and recommend.
My husband and I always buy our glasses at Woodbine Mall. Before going there we always call first to make sure that Susan is working that day. We have been taken care by Susan since we both started wearing glasses. She is very knowledgeable and professional. Susan knows what glasses will suit your face. I trust her completely.
Only good thing is get your glasses in an hour. But price is too high, I can buy 3 pairs from Costco that are quality glasses as for 1 pair from lenscrafters. They need to do better pricing.
