I would like to thank Dr. Nguyen for taking the time to talk and explain everything during my eye exam and discuss different routes to go down. He even found and mentioned things other optometrists never did. He made the process very easy. Highly recommend.

Dr. Nguyen was very helpful, ans has answered all of the questions I have had during my appointments there. He was very helpful in figuring out the ideal contact lenses for me, offering a trial of everything before I purchased. He went above and beyond once when I was about to travel and ran out of contacts right before; he set me up with comparable lenses in short order before I had to fly out. Great customer service.
Thomas is a fantastic Doctor and goes the extra mile with customer service. He really took his time during my eye appointment and was very thorough. I would highly recommend this business.
Dr Nguyen is a great optometrist! He spent a lot of extra time helping me with my eye problems and outlined a bunch of treatment options. He mentioned a lot of things that other optometrists have never offered.
Dr. Thomas Nguyen and Tanya Hogg are both great. I have been going to Outlook Optometry since 2015, and they are thoughtful, caring, and diligent in their eye care & eyewear services.
I have had great experiences with Thomas and Tanya. Check up and follow ups I've never felt rushed through the system. So many places I've felt like I'm just being corralled from the eye exam and off to the dispensary. Not here, at all. No pressure and a great eye exam where I was explained in detail how my eyes are doing. I eventually went back for glasses as the prices are great and Tanya is darn good at what she does and has many years experience. I'm very glad I was advised to give this place a try.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible service. The people who work here should be fired. I took an eye exam here by Dr. Thomas Nguyen, and he did a very rough job. They seem to have absolutely 0 experience. The entire exam only took 5 MINUTES. Other eye exams normally take 20-30 minutes, which just goes to show how lazy and horrible these people are at their job. They ended up giving me a prescription MUCH lower than what it should have been. Suspicious, I went to a different eye doctor where they took time and dedication into my exam. The results I got were accurate and that's when I realised that the results I got from here were completely INACCURATE and WRONG. If I were to follow the prescription I got from here, I would've gotten lenses that didn't suit my eyes and my vision would've become worse. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT AN ACCURATE PRESCRIPTION. Please avoid this place at all costs. I am very disappointed.
