I visited Dr Chad Patterson and have to say that he and his team were outstanding. The service and follow up incredible. They gave me suggestions on how to fix/repair lenses that weren't theirs to service. The glasses they picked out for me very much suited my profile and I can't say enough about their service. I encourage anyone looking to change their current provider or looking for a new one to visit this clinic in the greens on gardiner. Great Job to the entire team.

My first exposure to Nexus Vision Centre was when Dr. Patterson was treating my son for post-concussion therapy. It was because of the excellent treatment he provided to my son that I chose to visit him when I found my eyes deteriorating. Dr. Patterson is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything about the current status of your eyes. His front line staff are extremely friendly and a delight to work with, they don't try to pressure you into buying glasses from them, but if you decide to they will be very excellent in helping you choose the best pair! In an era where our standards of customer service continually drop this group takes it to the next level! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
I am so impressed with Nexus! The staff and atmosphere are so welcoming, and my kids (ages 4 & 6) have had such positive experiences there. Dr. Patterson is so knowledgeable, and I appreciate how he explains things in a way I understand. He was so good with my kids and was able to conduct the tests quickly but so effectively with them. They’re actually excited to go back! I’m looking forward to my daughter being involved in their vision therapy program. I highly recommend Nexus to anyone!
Dr.Chad Patterson and the staff at Nexus Vision Centre are wonderful! We are always greeted with smiling faces when walking in. Dr. Patterson is a wonderful and knowledgeable optometrist. He is kind and patient with children (my son loves him). Can't recommend him and his clinic enough!
Had a great experience at Nexus Vision Centre. Dr. Patterson is spot on in his assessment and goes above and beyond to make sure you are seeing at your best. The front office staff are also very friendly, courteous, and professional. Will definitely use Nexus's services again.
