As usual, the professional and friendly staff assisted me with my purchase of prescription sunglasses this visit. It was quick and easy. Lens options were presented and the fitting process was seamless. I have been coming to this location for years and for good reason. They are awesome. Keep providing the great service and products. Thank you again.

The staff are friendly, accommodating and efficient. The store has a great selection to choose from. If you want the best experience, it's worth your time to shop at this store!

A small selection but very decently priced and efficient. I picked out a pair of glasses today and they're going to be done in an hour? Like what? Thats amazing. Found my perfect pair as well. It was probably a 10 minute process to get paperwork and account done. 10/10 would recommend! Glasses shopping made easy

I visited Lens Crafters on Sunday and Karen helped me adjust my glasses. It was great, she was fast, friendly and professional. I left with glasses that were not crooked anymore. Thanks Karen! I did not buy any glasses at LensCrafters but I did go in to have my glasses adjusted. I go every 6 months or more. I tend to fall asleep asleep and roll on my glasses, or smash my face into something. The last few times Derrick or Darrell, I will call him Mr. Fix has helped me. He is not overly chatty but always helps me without question to bend my glasses back into a shape that will sit on my face. I am very thankful for this free service offered by LensCrafters as I am utterly useless in keeping my glasses in 1 piece. I had boycotted LensCrafters previously for the commercial that questioned if you were lucky enough to wear glasses! But when I need to purchase new glasses in the future I’m coming in to see Mr. Fix. Thank you! I wish you had a tip jar!

Their "covid system" makes no sense. Every other store operates relatively normally. Not here. Here they inconvenience you for no reason. Just waiting to pickup my glasses. Gotta stand for an hour? That's how long I waited for them to finish being done? Their gate was broken today, and it was pandamonium because no customer knew what to do and they office next to them kept making everyone move!

I bought my eye glasses, two years ago. I went to this shop with my broken glasses once, got a brand new eyeglass without paying a penny. More over I went there multiple times to tighten up the glass to fit my face, again it was a free service. Yesterday a little piece on the glass were missing, went there replaced with brand new pieces without costing anything. Totally loved there service.!! Highly recommend.!!! Note: I have been ripped of a shop called “Eye wear Experts” ( Previously called ‘Eyewear Liquidators’) in Red Deer.

They have wide variety of glasses which is amazing but the thing that really disappointed me was how the manager treated me. He made me feel like a huge burden to him. I wanted the other staff to help me but they were busy so I had to deal with the manager who was very rude. The way he treated me seems like I'm wasting his time. I bought a nice pair of glasses with them and I hope next time I wouldn't have to deal with the manager. Ever again.
