This is my very first visit to an eye clinic and when I started looking for one, I was so delighted to hear that there is an eye clinic with a team of very professional staffs and Optometrist very close to my home. I was greeted by Jonell and he was so welcoming, friendly and very professional. He assisted me with all I needed during that first visit. He is very patient with me and actually helped me in picking out my very first pair of prescription glasses. My Optometrist is Dr Julie Boivin and she is so wonderful to have answered all of my questions. I have shared my experience with my Husband and we have decided to transition our family to IRIS, not only because of the convenience of being so close but because the people working there are very passionate, professional and are delivering excellent service. I therefore highly recommend IRIS to anyone who is looking for a great eye clinic/team.
Excellent service and well educated staff! I've been struggling with my vision for awhile. Dr. Julie was extremely thorough and down to earth. She took extra time to explain my prescription and answered all of my questions. The other staff and I had a great time picking out my first pair of glasses. I will definitely be coming back, and bringing the rest of my family as well. Highly recommend!
When IRIS moved from the mall to Timberlands, I was excited to have an optometrist and a professional team so close to me. I had never really shopped at IRIS before they moved, but now it's the only place I go. Jason is one of the most welcoming, friendly individuals, and the rest of the team is no different. We've now transitioned our whole family to optometry care at this store because we love the people. I highly recommend IRIS to anyone who is looking for a new eye care team.
Your staff are patient professional and exceptional with customer service from the receptionist calls, to intake of patients, and to the final glasses/frame selection! Thanks for the wonderful patient care! You are all AWESOME at customer service! The wait time was great, I loved my visit, as soon as I walked in I was welcomed, the staffs were friendly and the Doctors were great!
I have been going to Iris for years now. The entire staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable! Dr. Julie explains every step during your eye exam and always answers any questions I have. Val is always a great help when picking out new frames and she always gives a honest opinion! Again, the entire staff is always very friendly and welcoming!

I had a wonderful experience at Iris! The place was extremely clean and organized and the staff are all so kind and accomodating. Kallisha helped me pick out my first pair of prescription glasses and some sunglasses, and I love them! She knew exactly what I wanted and was able to answer all of my questions, was very professional, and generous! Dr. Julie was super helpful too as she was very thorough, professional, and kind as well! I had a great experience, and I would recommend this place to anyone! I will be coming back for sure!
