I bought a Jetsetter hot tub 5 years ago from Pam and Rebecca. Their service, knowledge and professionalism really helped me find the right tub for my needs. I have a dip about 80 times per year, normally in the early morning before work. I use it more in the Winter than summer, which surprised me. The best times are on a Sunday evening with my wife, wine and pizza to chill out before the new working week. We I watch the stars and chat without any of life’s normal distractions, she calls it Quality Time. Don’t be tempted to get a cheap hot tub from other companies. The heating costs will be much higher and it will fail, leak or break down much sooner. Mine has run flawlessly and is alway on. They are simply to keep balanced with the chemicals and I change the water every 3-4 months. I did loads of research and would recommend, that if you are thinking of getting a hot tub visit Pam and Rebecca to help you choose the perfect system.

We purchased our first hot tub from Hot Springs some 16 years ago and have enjoyed it ever since. We've also been happy with the support offered by Hot Springs and Hot Tub Assist ever since. When it came to upgrading our hot tub, there was no question in our mind that we'd choose another Hot Springs pool. We got great deal from the Hot Springs on our new Vanguard and HTA did a professional job of de-installing our old pool and installing our new Vanguard. We particularly enjoy the two moto massager seats. Our new hot tub has also received the thumbs up from our friends and family.

We would highly recommend this company, from the moment we first visited the site at Reading we have had excellent service. This company was the only one who offered us a try of the hot tub before purchasing one. The paperwork was easy to complete and Pam arranged a very quick delivery date. The team arrived as arranged and the guys installed the tub without any hassle and were happy to help and advise as required. Since then we have spoken to Rebecca and Pam at the Reading showroom for further advice on using the tub and extra chemicals, every time they have always been friendly and helpful.
