This was my first visit to Vision Source and I can't say enough about how excellent the entire staff was. They took time to explain to me the new machines, my options etc.... my Dr had great bedside manner which really helped my anxiety. I had my contacts shipped to me, and they were mistakenly sent to my old address. The staff contacted me to let me know, and they took care of it. They were apologetic and immediately rectified the situation. I am just so pleased with my experience here. I 100% recommend Vision Source in Raymore, MO!
