Such a wonderful and caring practice this is. I was suffering from an ear infection for weeks, and after undergoing inadequate treatment and being in pain not being able to be propertly diagnosed, I made an appointment at the Hearing Clinic in Radlett and have been seen by Bridgitte who has assessed my hearing and had a look into my ear canal. She has immediately recognised the problem and has referred me to a ENT doctor which she has arranged an appointment for me on the same day. This was a lifesaver, as if I would have waited for another week to get an appointment, my ear infection would have spread and gotten worst, causing loads of distress. She was so supportive, friendly and professional, I felt very lucky to have met her. She wrote me recommendation for both health insurance, my GP and the ENT specialist and checked up with me via email even after my treatment. It is wonderful when you find people as concerned and as interested in your wellbeing, it gives a wonderful feeling of security, which is what everyone should experience when it comes to health. I highly recommend Bridgitte, as she will just put you first and help you with any hearing trouble you may experience. Really, words won't do her justice. Thank you Bridgitte.
