Really happy with the five star service and quality of fire that we purchased from Stanningley Firesides. They were extremely helpful in the showroom and from order to installation everything was top class. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the market for a new fire and much better than other local fire shops that we visited.

Purchased aspire 1000 and less the 12 months later it broke down which cost 2000. I have not been able to turn It on and when it eventually come could not turn it down. Emailed Stanningley fireplaces numerous times either I didn’t get a response or she would say I need to go to manufactures who then told me to go back to retailer. I did not expect to have so many issues within first 12 months and the customer service is shocking. I would never recommend Stanningley fireside due to poor quality products and very poor customer service.
