I found the doctor and all assistants to be kind and knowledgeable. The eye exam took less than 45 minutes and they were helpful in sending the claim through my extended health care insurance It was my first time getting an eye exam and everything was explained with clarity and made my experience less stressful. I would definitely recommend you in the future.

I recently came to this store for an eye examination. It's been about 20 years since my last and only exam. I was quite nervous to say the least. I was a very pleased with the service I received. The staff were very courteous and professional when I showed up. The examining doctor was very helpful throughout the whole process. It was a very positive experience. Although I do not require a prescription and wont be a frequent customer, I have referred several co-workers to this store and will definitely be back in two years for a follow up exam ! Thank you,
I love the selection that they had in the store and I am very happy with the pair that I picked out. But they said that it might take up to a week and a half (maximum) for them to come in and its about 2 weeks now and I called them today and they told me they are being held for "inspection"... Not sure what that is supposed to mean or when I am going to be able to pick them up. The employee also went on to say "its only been 13 days..." as if I am being unreasonable by calling when they promised me 9-10 days. ** UPDATE: I had my boyfriend call in for me this afternoon and they told him my glasses have been there at that location but are waiting on inspection and they cannot be picked up until next week... These are glasses I need in order to not have my migraines at my office job. I have paid far too much money to have be doing this. How long can an inspection take??? I don't recommend this location for glasses but I do recommend the optometry clinic in the back...
I will have to amend my previous review. The staff at LensCrafters are friendly and try to help you to the best of their abilities. Everyone was courteous when I had to make an appointment to come in on short notice, and they filled me in within 15-20 minutes. My problem arises with the glasses I purchased. On three separate occasions I was given a pair of plastic Ray-Ban frames which lasted between 1 - 5 weeks before cracking at the hinges during regular use. For my work, I am usually outside 9-12 hours a day and my glasses endure being hit by twigs / branches on a daily basis, but due to covid I have to stay inside for the time being, so these glasses have endured no significant wear and tear but still managed to crack and fall apart on several occasions.
I was so frustrated and overwhelmed with issues with my vision when wearing my glasses and the doctor had made a suggestion and LensCrafters stepped in and made me feel so comfortable and reassured me that they would do everything that they could to help me and they did. I am so happy with the team at the Pickering LensCrafters. Thank you everyone for all that you do
I had a bad experience interacting with the female staff standing infront of the store. Not sure if I will be attending there again but I will be doing a review about her excessive phone use and refusing to let the receptionist know that I was here for an 1130am. She was so focused and preoccupied with her cellphone that I had to call the receptionist and let her know I'm here. Asked the lady standing at the front once can u let them know I'm here. This was unprofessional and disrespectful treatment. Then the manager Kristina calls my phone to follow up and writes an email and doesn't even remember my name she called my Chris.... DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION......
Great experience getting new glasses. Great job of regulating the flow of customers and a great system in place to track glasses that were tried on so they could be disinfected prior to being put back on display.
Went in for an eye exam my first time at this location. The map in the mall wasn't updated and so was difficult to find the store location however was able to call and easily get directions from an agent over the phone. Courtney and the Dr Amanda were super awesome very positive attitude and friendly and made the experience all worth it. I would most certainly recommend the store for an eye exam a male sales staff did assist me however throughout assisting me went off and was helping others also and didn't feel comfortable calling him back over for more questions as he was now busy with another client but nonetheless no hard feelings there he did help but I guess as I was busy trying on the frames he went off to help someone else still 5 star based on my great experience with Courtney and Amanda thanks for the pleasant experience!
