Absolutely awesome.... Very kind and caring people... Been with them for 2 years and still regret leaving them.... Can't understand all this bad reviews to be honest as with me they were always polite and considerate... Also got almost all my deposit back what is rare nowadays.. What I didn't got back was my own fault.. Great agency would advice to anyone
I have been really impressed with Pennington Properties. The process was all new to me and given the way in which I wanted to move, into a newly listed property, we also needed to move quickly. At every stage all of the staff at Pennington Properties have been very helpful, very polite and professional and that has been reassuring the whole time.
They do every think they cab so u don't get your deposit back and also the will lie to your face about several thing. They also say the landlord will not allow you to do that when it's really just them and they can't just honest about it. Will never use them again and never recommend them to any one that I know stay away from them and u will get a better service
I would highly recommend Penningtonproperties who have been managing my property for several years. There staff is very professional and their customer service is excellent. Whenever an issue is reported, it has always been dealt with promptly.
