Rented through PMC for a good while - really easy company to deal with. Very easy going and friendly folk, with all questions answered very simply. Application process dead easy; no complex jargon filled forms or processes and post-renting has been easy too, which is rare from an agency as you're no longer paying for anything! References delivered super fast and still friendly and professional. Had one issue at the time of renting, which was addressed and sorted quickly and wish more agencies were as easy to deal with as a tenant quite frankly!
