Savills managed the sale of my house very well. There were numerous obstacles to overcome and being in a 4 party chain complicated matters further. But the end result was very satisfactory thanks mostly to the dedication and work of their agent, Debbie-Anne Taylor.

Debbie Anne Taylor of the Salisbury office was absolutely lovely and extremely efficient and \on the ball\ when it came to us buying our house in Wiltshire. She was always happy to help, whether it was recommending lawyers or arranging rather too many viewings for various family members. We were under considerable time pressure to move in for Christmas and we managed it thanks to her and the team.
Really disappointed with the way they have handled us, booked in a viewing and they did not have the decency to tell us it was cancelled due to having to close the office, I had to chase them. Asked to be contacted as soon as they were able to re open, they did this a couple of weeks after they had opened, to arrange a valuation and then proceeded to book a valuation without consulting his colleague so now they have had to cancel. How can a job be so difficult to do? really disorganised for such a big company with so many policies and procedures to follow. Do not waste your time.

Charming, loyal and an excellent communicator, I felt I am a valued client. As a buyer, I felt he respectfully represented the interests of the sellers, while ensuring my own interests were accurately represented. Having spent a long time trying to find our 'dream home' and experiencing a range of mediocre agents it was a delight to experience the service provided by the Savills team in Salisbury.
