I have to say, after moving from another state this girl have helped me with everything. Great customer service and great smile! This really feels like home! This is where I'll be staying until is time for me to buy a house. Parking can be an issue if you have many vehicles but not my case. Lili and the maintenance guys really make the best out of this place. You wont regret moving here just like I didn't. Great job guys, awesome work!

They are quite the slumb lords. Place is overriden by Humoungous Cockroaches & no matter how clean you are or how much you treat them, they do not go away. Management company does not provide monthly pest control. The property I live in has several plumbing issues, leakes and floodings that have caused previous occupants to vacate. They Don't properly make repairs just trow some cauk, patch up holes and spot paint them so that they look presentable for the next unsespecting resident who will move in and inherit the problem. Finally they control the Heat and AC boiler system and control when you can use your own heat and air even though you pay your own electricity through the company of your choice. The leasing office closed at noon daily even beofre this whole pandemic and they never answer the phone. They charge way too much for the quality & customer service.

Asked my elderly mother to move out her place 2 weeks earlier an she will receive her deposit. My mother and her husband spent days cleaning the house. The home owner found a dead fly on the window seal and kept her deposit. The home owner also hosted an open house DURING COVID-19. So my mother who is at risk had to have random people in an out of her house. Not only that but hours at her job have been cut due to this pandemic an the home owner made them move at such a inconsiderate time. This is the WORST property management team my family has ever experienced! Do not do business with this place!

ProsPM controls ac/heat at Thunderbird in Dallas. I am forced to sleep w/windows open, bugs fly in, & had to buy ac unit. I never thought I would not have the ability to manage my own heat or ac. Not all rooms have a 3 prong outlets and I am having to use a plug in adapter which could be an electrical hazard. I have not used heat (even in 24 degree weather) and all my windows were fogged. That is how hot it is in my apartment. Over the summer the pool was not maintained, pool turned green, and witnessed water bugs in the pool several times. My emails/maint. requests with building management have been ignored. The call box, gate, and secured door were not functioning for a while and resulted in a car break in. I live within walking distance where Joshua Brown (witness to Amber Guyger Murder) was shot and killed and I am forced to sleep with my windows open. My lease is up in April and I am counting the days until move out.
