Here is my experience with using PS Property to manage our community: Our previous board president was asked to resign by the community. After the new board took over, we were constantly undermined by PS Properties communicating with the ex-president more than they would communicate with the new board. Normally, an audit takes about two or three weeks to complete. Ours took over three months due to the shoddy book keeping. Ricky instructed his accountant to stop providing documents for the audit because it was taking too much time. They promised weekly walks of the complex. They must be using a different measurement of \week\ than the standard definition of seven days. We had to take the initiative to hire someone to do a reserve study for us, which found that we were woefully underfunded for covering future repairs. Not once did PS Properties bring that to our attention. Do you expect your management company to find or at least recommend vendors for things like landscaping or repairs? Not with these guys! Work orders sit there untouched for months before they get addressed. Sometimes, they even get closed for no reason, without even being addressed. The worst part is that I'm so done with these goofballs, that I don't even care to write about everything else they did wrong.

Good luck getting them on the phone. Don’t even bother with email. And the address listed is wrong. They’ll take your money but ask for anything and it’s nothing but attitude. Would not recommend.
I live off of SW Pkwy in a 191 home neighborhood. I’ve served on my HOA for the last 4 years. For 3 of those years we were with RealManage and were never happy. Poor vendor supervision, constant manager turnover, slow response times. You name it, and we were unhappy with it. About a year ago, we switched to PS. After seeing the stark contrast between the old hands off approach and the new approach of PS, we will probably be with them for a long time. The manager TeeJay is proactive, noticing water usage and billing variations before our Board does; he is always a phone call away. Our homeowners, even the constant complainers, have remarked about how much better the service is with PS. It’s obvious he takes his career seriously. Without rambling any further, suffice it to say that I am completely satisfied and would recommend them to anyone who isn’t happy with their HOA company.

Bringing on Psproperty management to manage our condo association was such great decision. The switch from self management helped me gain trust in our condo associations future. I love how their office is so close to our community. I was able to call at noon - expecting to leave a voicemail because of lunchtime but surprised and was happy to have my questions answered by a REAL person!
