I had a very painful experience earlier this week . The surgery (Dr Nandan ) called me back and took a great deal of interest to make a diagnosis and made out a prescription. My condition improved in a very short time. He called me again today to see how I was and if there was anything further that I needed / he could do . What more could you ask if a practice under pressure at this time of year .

Been with this practice for 20 years. Doctors are great and always open to new treatments. A teaching practice as well. All staff are excellent. Easy telephone triage system ensures you can always get help on the same day. Either a telephone consultation or an appointment. I’ve called at 4pm and still got an appointment the same day. Also called at nearly 6pm and a telephone appointment the same day. Highly recommended
Worst doctors ever, you expect a triage call from a doctor and they never call, you call them the next day to say you got missed but they dont know why. Its not a one off happens all the time. If you come to this GPS then don't require actual attention as you are risking your life. Anything you ask is way too much for them. Shame its the only surgery near me otherwise I would leave in a flash
I've given 3 stars because there are some lovely competent doctors, however there are also some very incompetent ones too. The call back system is not fit for purpose either. I have always found the reception staff lovely especially Janine and the nurses are again lovely. Communication amongst the doctors leaves a lot to be desired though. It's not all bad but I honestly think they have far to many patients on their books, and have to Crisis manage the surgery constantly. Its thr patients who suffer from the failings
Very helpful doctors and efficiently run practice, almost always seen on time, always get to speak to the doctors on the same day. We’re lucky to have found this practice, would highly recommend.
