Not responded to a letter originally sent 7 months ago and resent twice as lost!!!! No apology and doctor did absolute minimum at appointment and couldn't get us out of the door quick enough. The finest example of how not to run a doctors practice.

Absolutely appalling. The doctors are rude and to be quite frank useless One doctor in particular doesn't acknowledge you when you enter the consulting room and doesn't look up at a ll during the appointment Others are quite frankly useless and font deserve to be in practise. The nurses aren't much better can't even complete a simple task of taking boods. The whole impression this surgery gives is that because they are in the most affluent area of Newcastle people can be treat with little or no respect. Unacceptable to say the least. 6 months on and things just get worse. Absolutely appalling doctors. Lack of communication, mistake after mistake and the whole impression they give is that they simply dont care Need to clear the whole lot out and start again or just close the surgery and stop playing games with people's lives

this is the worst doctors in the north east it is full of useless doctors who cant see patients on time and have no idea what they are doing use an alternative doctors
