I am carer for 91 year old mother who has late stage dementia. She lives with me and my husband. Since her diagnosis in 2014 we have had no contact with a GP or advice. The only way I've found out what to expect is on the internet. We are asked to make an appointment every 6 months for her to have a basic check up. We have been shielding her since mid March. We had to call paramedics in August. They informed GP but there has been no follow up. Feeling abandoned. My husband rang for an appointment for himself and told to ring on Friday at 8.00am. All appointments had been taken. If you show your displeasure at their unfriendly, officious administration you are threatened with being taken off the register. Reading the Inspection report it seems inconceivable that GOOD was awarded for mental health services which included dementia! Seriously consider the communication strategies and appointment system They are both dysfunctional. This Practice is NOT full-filling it's role in caring for vulnerable or anxious and exhausted clients during this time. Unsatisfactory

Cannot get an appointment, tried online as I have copd and chest pains.. High blood pressure... Even before covid it was impossible to get an appointment getting through the obnoxious receptionists. Don't even bother trying to get in here even though they are soppost to have 12 lazy and over paid doctors.. And Im a member.....

Receptionists are unbelievably rude and unhelpful. I find it shocking they are allowed to speak to patients in the way that they do. Definitely book online where possible to avoid contact! Doctors and nurses are very helpful and friendly.

In the yr 2000 my son daniel paul wright was born in princess ann maternity 3 week's later a stranger walked to my door acting like a midwife from this surgery i spoke to the manager yesterday basically told me was yrs ago n my mental health should of recovered by now and they give me sick notes on a monthly basis nanell me ring up at 8am sober how accomadating

This surgery need a lot of attention to fix up their appointment system as I have try to make an appointment for couple of days,but at the end when they pick up they come with say old result saying no appointment are left.This surgery need investigating by NHS because iv tryed to get in contact with them about my grandad about his xrays and it has come back not clear and they act like everything normal and they seem to ignore it. Below is and evidence on me trying to call them to make an appointment. I made up to 102 calls but it got ignored and they still did not give me and appointment and I’m waiting for a telephone call which is waste of time.
