Horrendous service offered by the management team from Omnia lettings. It's disgusting that they disrepair the leaking and mould issues for nearly over a year. Poor communication!!! The leaking/flooding issues has been reported for more than 10 times, no resolution is provided at all. Avoid them if you can!!!
Lost you keys? Don't worry, Omnia will sell you copies for only 120 with an additional call out charge to open the door for you... a bargain, am I right? Or, like the local homeless, you could just give the front door a shove and it'll open right on up for you. You can sleep in the corridor like they do and defecate in the laundry room, lovely. Don't worry, Omnia will do nothing about this, even when they receive persistent complaints from the paying residents. Who can blame them? 475 a month for a single bed studio apartment... that's a steal, am I right? Had a leaking roof resulting in water damage? Omnia won't do anything about it, it'd cost money after all, but haven't you always wanted to grow you own mushrooms? lovely. They'll be sprouting in no time. Got a complaint or a query, no need calling or sending an email, you can get the same result by simply whistling or talking to a brick wall, hell, just pray and you may get a reply in two to three weeks, or not at all, Omnia is as Omnia does. Even better than I expected. The rooms are amazing, kitchen is a good size. Maintenance team is efficient with handling queries. The staff are really friendly. In a very convenient area, with many shops and takeaways a walk away. As well as both unis being a walk away. Would definitely recommend.
Very attentive staff. Any issues I have reported have been sorted out within a timely manner. The building I live in ‘Pearl Works’ is at a good standard and I have not had any issues so far!
