Y’all I just went here for an eye exam and two of the three employees in the business are not wearing masks. One is wearing a face shield pulled so far up it’s functionally meaningless, walked right up to me, and was strangely aggressive when I asked her why she wasn’t wearing a mask. The one masked receptionist was great—(sorry you have to work in a toxic environment!) Recommend staying away for the next few years. I work in public health—this is totally unacceptable and unsafe. What a disappointment. Im going to go isolate now :(

I have read some of the negative reviews about this site, not disputing your account, but if you knew me not easy to please....could be my fault too, but every time I go here I’ve been taking care of no problem, let’s give them another chance to make everyone just as satisfied as I am, a little expensive but prescription is always right on ,glasses come sooner than later and I can see .

I scheduled an appointment for 9:20 am. Apparently it was a 10:20 appt. I went , waited. They were closed and I felt a little silly but the front desk had said be here at 9:20. What a blessing. The reviews about this place are terrible

I have had a strong Rx for the bulk of my life and I am used to seeing the Optometrist on a yearly basis. I have also frequently changed optometrists. I have grown used to optometrists telling me there is nothing they can do for me, or being rude or dismissive. But this was hands down the best experience I have ever had. Dr. Lee asked me questions I have never been asked before and investigated my eyes from all angles. She took the time to explain my eyes to me and was patient. Even addressed the issue of my allergies. It was a relief to have a good experience after building it up for so long! Thank you for your quick and compassionate service.

Went here for an eye exam and recieved the least thorough treatment. I should have had my eyes dilated given my symptoms, and the doctor didn't even offer despite my concerns. Their lenses are also serverly overpriced. I asked if they did price matching, and they said that they did not.

Zero Stars! Don’t ever book an eye appointment at this unethical establishment. Never in my life have I been scalded and talked to so disrespectfully over a missed eye appointment. The staff members are very unprofessional and rude. I understand it’s a business, but scrutinizing a customer is uncalled for. It shouldn’t be the end of the world if you call to reschedule an appointment. Make sure to check Yelp for their horrible reviews.

I've been coming here for more than 20 years and they do a great job. New glasses are typically ready earlier than expected, they are always polite, have a great range of frames, and really know what they're doing. I'd recommend them highly!

Always had great service here. Excellent glasses fitting! Sometimes the doctor is different I think they rotate locations. But ordering contacts was a breeze they even matched prices and helped make sure I got my rebate. They can get a little backed up since it’s a small staff but they have always been attentive.
