I called in to Mercedes-Benz of Newcastle on the off chance that they could do me a better deal than I had found on the internet. A friend at work said to ask for Neil Taylor, one of the salesmen at the dealership. Neil went out of his way to find me the car I wanted. Not only did he find me the c-class 220d amg line edition in black that I was after but he found one in stock with the premium pack. I ended up paying a little bit extra but this one had the higher spec. and it was ready to pick up and drive away 6 days later. 10/10

Visited during click and collect Lockdown three on 29th Jan, went to reception to collect a part, was told to wait in my car and the parts department would come out to the vehicle. We sat for 25 minutes before I decided to call them up and remind them I was sat waiting - they then proceeded to tell me they don't stock the part I need, it would of been nice if someone could of came out and saw me rather than leaving me sitting in the car!

Well looked after by a member of staff while my car received a service & MOT, during difficult restricted times. A new courtesy car was supplied to return home and back again.
