Mercedes-Benz Bedford we're excellent Made buying my new car a breeze in these hard times with COVID-19. Cameron Jarvis who helped me from start to finish making my purchase and PX so simple and hassle free. Bedford Mercedes-Benz should be proud to have such a nice honest salesman on their team. We had a few little niggles I wasn't happy with and Cameron, Teresa the sales manager couldn't do enough to put everything correct Highley recommend Bedford Mercedes-Benz they made me feel like a valued customer. Really good service from these guys after having a bad experience at other Mercedes locations nearer to home. I got myself a C43 and my salesman was Cameron and he was great. He wasn’t pushy or trying to put me into a car I didn’t want. He showed great knowledge of the model I was interested in. What I liked best is that he kept me updated at all times. He even come and picked me up from Essex on his day off on the day of the pick up. I sat in the back with a mask on obviously, before people start to worry. Unbelievable customer service from him. Special mention to his manager, Teresa. On the pick up day she was available at all times for me and helped so much. Keep up the good work you guys. You’re a real credit the Mercedes brand.

Having reservations about buying a car on-line,due to the current lockdown rules, also being a major purchase l needed the process to run smoothly and also have faith in the car l was buying was of the standard l was paying for. I had no need worry, the service l received from Sytner Mercedes in Bedford was brilliant from start to finish, l was guided through my purchase by Jahmal who kept me updated, although it didn't take long for the car to be delivered right to my door, by Paul who was very helpful and knowledgeable when I had questions. Also any questions l had about the service plan were explained by Nick, which l have decided to take as you save money. The car was absolutely immaculate which l was assured it would be.
