Brought my car in last minute for an issue. Quite understandingly they didn't have any courtesy cars available. I live in a remote village so hired a car for a couple of days. The parts for my car are not available in the UK which means a longer wait. Ben moved heaven and hearth to get me a courtesy car. What a great guy and a credit to your dealership.
