Worth The Drive I usually buy my vehicles from a different Mercedes-Benz location, closer to my house. However, my friend suggested using MB of Flemington because they consistently offer fair pricing and better deals than other dealerships. He was correct! I worked with Tyler S. He was patient and worked to find me a vehicle that met my exact specifications. They found the vehicle and had it delivered straight to my house! Mike in the finance department was professional and efficient. The general manager, Gregg, checked in with me to make sure I received the product I was looking for. They took the proper COVID precautions to make sure I felt safe and comfortable in the dealership and during the delivery of my car. Rich, the person who delivered my car, patiently stood outside in 30 degree weather for an hour while he oriented me to my new car. MB of Flemington EXCEEDED my expectations. Despite the 45 minute drive, I will be coming back there for my next car because the customer service was fantastic.

Friendly dealership but some of the worst pricing I've ever experienced. I would encourage anyone considering this dealership to shop around. They sell loaner cars at new car prices. Not sure if they have changed their market approach recently, perhaps due to covid & inventory, but at this point, they are taking advantage of buyers who don't want to do the legwork. Definitely a margin dealer philosophy not concerned with gross volume. They will sit on inventory for well over a year, waiting for the right sucker to walk in off the street. Make sure you check the build date on any vehicles you are considering!!

The buying experience was a pleasure. Guido was very helpful in determining what options to order - and equally as important, he helped explain, show, demonstrate the different features (using the other vehicles on the premises) -- this really helped with nailing down all the options we wanted on our SUV. It's also helped with knowing what not to order. He knows the MB product very well and was equally concerned we would receive a vehicle as advertised. Dealing with him was a sincere pleasure. Our GLE450 arrived and such an awesome vehicle - our expectations were exceeded. Once the vehicle arrived, within 30 minutes we were driving our 2021 GLE450 home! Positive experience at MB of Flemington. Went in to lease and we were out same day. High degree of professionalism and knowledge. Felt like a VIP throughout the process. Vinny helped with our sales process and I cannot recommend enough. Highly communicative whenever we needed anything even after the process. Will buy again and recommend this dealership highly.
