My husband was recommended to Sterling Optical and I have nothing but 5stars reviews for this office. This is the only place you should be going for your eye glasses with great service. Eric replaced for my husband glasses with perfect skills. My husband ordered new lenses with him. We got the best service with Eric. We think that he is a very kwoledgeble optician. This store has always delivered great products and customer service. I was there a few weeks back and the Asian Technician who helped me was very well trained and repaired my silhouette frames in 5 mins. I believe this store is now under new management, and I think they will do just as good as their predecessors. Maybe even better!
Always check the market price of frames before buying from this store. They overcharged for frames (3 times the maximum market price!). Do not trust them as I did. Apart from this, the optometrist (Dr. Kwok) himself was great.
Amazing staff! Annemarie Chrepta helped me fix my glasses although they were not bought at Sterling. Very friendly and helpful people. Definitely recommend!
Luis willingly fixed my broken Silhouette eye glasses although the frame and lenses were not bought from Sterling Optical. He was skillful, meticulous, certainly new what he was doing and got the job done from the first time. I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful customer service and will certainly go there again when it is time to get a new pair of eye glasses.
I recommend highly the staff and friendly customer service! I walked in with glasses I had obviously not bought there, yet I received prompt attention and help. Dennis very patiently adjusted the glasses for me again and again. He wasn't rushed and made me feel very comfortable with his professional service. To my great surprise they provided the accessory I needed for free!!! Thank you!!! You guys rock! Especially when Debiana stepped forward as I was leaving, telling me Dennis hadn't been there long and one way I could show my gratefulness was by adding a review.
