Visited Maranello in January 2018 and purchased my first Maserati from Lisa, the purchase was exemplary and a very pleasurable experience. I spoke with Lisa around a week ago to discuss my options to upgrade to another new Maserati, again even in these difficult times she and her amazing team made my purchase an amazing event. My very first click and collect of a new car. Over the past 35 months, either Lisa or Paul often pick up the phone just to say hello, this is very much appreciated and this is what makes Maranello special. I generally replace my car every 3 years or so and have never been looked after by other dealers the way Maranello have looked after me, sales or service, just one big happy family. Thank you. Paul W
