Purchased a vehicle before Christmas, was pleased with the vehicle and the staff were great when collecting it, but the handbook was missing when I collected the vehicle but I was promised one would get sent out, didn't receive anything for weeks so I got back in touch and promised it would get sorted, yet here we are months later and still nothing, I did send an email last week and it's been ignored...so here I am having a bad review for something so minor which could of been avoided considering I was pleased overall with the car but would of liked the handbook I was promised...
I can't thank Ryan Burke enough. He was really thorough and helpful from my first enquiry through to delivery of my car. He ensured my car was in pristine order and sorted some small issues before allowing the handover of my car. Both Ryan and Dan were really friendly and helpful and the delivery and final paperwork was extremely smooth and efficient. Thank-you to all the Derby Audi team.
Not All Audi Franchises are Equal. Derby Audi are above the rest ! I've had dealings with Inchscape Audi in Stockport and Swansway in Crewe and both fell far short of a good service. However I can not praise Derby Audi / Sytner enough for how they dealt with my recent purchase and trade-in with them. Jason Coates, Chris Giglio and Norman Dennis were excellent ever step of the way and made sure the transfer of cars was a smooth one and a positive experience. I'm a very fussy person when it comes to things like this and I can not fault these guys. Highly recommended *****
