Rusty Rose Ranch

Literally THE worst office staff I have ever dealt with in my life. They never, ever return phone calls. It took us calling for MONTHS to even get the first appointment.I seriously don't know how these people stay in business. They almost never answer their phones. You leave messages and they never return them. Absolutely ridiculous. I would give zero stars if I could. Avoid these people like the plague.

Dr Balderamos is fantastic at his work. He has helped my husband understand his pain and the procedures have helped. We appreciate him very much. Alyssa the NP was very pleasant at the beginning but seems to have aggravation at her work and it comes across to patients as condescending. Don’t really appreciate this new attitude. Overall Lonestar does a good job.

I read reviews and was terrified to give this place a try. Even bawled my eyes out because I was scared that I wouldn’t get to my appointment in time and they wouldn’t see me (I had been in horrific pain) I called and the lady was VERY FRIENDLY and was able to move my appointment just 30 mins different so I could make it. Everyone in the office was friendly and the doctor and his assistant were friendly and answered all my questions and gave me all the information and what Procedure he’d be doing. They scheduled my cervical injection in great time. I had my cervical neck injection yesterday and the doctor did a great job I’m very pleased and happy!

This place... they get two stars because they helped me. They actually gave me an option to help my chronic back pain and it worked really well for a while... however, I missed an appointment because an out of state family member passed and I was on a plane at the time of the appointment to go to the funeral and they charged me 50 because I wasn't there...
